Shipping Information

Order Processing

Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We make every effort to fulfill and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times & Costs

We ship worldwide using trusted courier partners including FedEx and DHL.

Shipping times and available delivery services depend on your destination and will be displayed during checkout. Depending on your location, available shipping options may include services such as Standard, Economy, Express, or Priority delivery.

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Within the EU: approximately 2–8 business days
  • Outside the EU: delivery times vary by destination and may take longer due to customs processing and local carrier handling

Shipping rates are calculated based on your destination, package weight, and the shipping service selected at checkout.

Returning a Package

If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please clearly mark the package as "RETURNED GOODS" to help avoid customs charges.

Kalklitir is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees charged on returned shipments. Any such charges remain the responsibility of the customer.

Local Taxes & Import Duties

Please note that orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included in the shipping cost charged at checkout unless explicitly stated. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Transport Damage

If your package is lost in transit, or if you notice any damage to the products upon delivery, please contact us immediately at shop@kalklitir.com so we can assist you further.

Unclaimed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

If delivery cannot be completed, FedEx or DHL may attempt redelivery or hold the package at a designated pickup location, depending on local procedures and the shipping service used.

Packages that are not collected, refused without prior arrangement, or returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts may incur a handling fee of €25 to cover return shipping and administrative costs.

Once the returned package has been received and processed by our warehouse, any eligible refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the original shipping costs. Please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
